Our History

Checklist Purple Tick 3Argent Health & Safety was formed in June 2006. The creation of our business was the vision of Tim Oliver who recognised a marketplace need for a specialist provider to deliver a range of claims and risk management services, to both insurance and business clients within the travel industry.  

Initially focussing on the provision of Health and Safety audits for travel agents and tour operators, we quickly established ourselves as a market leading organisation. For instance, we hold a unique database which holds audit data on over 40,000 hotels and resorts. Our highly qualified advisors travel the globe, assisting our clients in maintaining high levels of safety for their customers.

In addition to the provision of Health & Safety audits, we have expanded our portfolio of services to include crisis management, safety management systems and bespoke training packages. 2013 saw the acquisition of Ecclesiastical Risk Services, which has served to considerably strengthen our Health and Safety offering to the insurance and commercial sectors.
